Strategy & Execution
Our FY2027–FY2029 Execution Plan turns long-range strategy into focused action. It outlines how Raphah Institute is strengthening organizational capacity, advancing our programs and policy work, and building the relationships and resources needed to grow with integrity.
Our FY2027-2029 Execution Plan
Raphah Institute’s FY2027–FY2029 Execution Plan is organized around four connected areas of work designed to strengthen the organization while advancing lasting community safety.
Operational Strength focuses on building the internal systems, staffing structure, governance practices, and execution discipline required for reliable performance and responsible growth. This includes clearer roles, stronger workflows, better performance tracking, and the organizational capacity to carry increasingly complex work well.
Program Growth centers on strengthening Accountability and Repair Conferencing (ARC), advancing Early Embrace, and preparing for geographic growth where readiness, staffing, partnerships, funding, and local conditions support responsible implementation. Growth is paced by quality and capacity, not expansion for its own sake.
Influence & Positioning advances Raphah Institute’s policy, communications, partnership, and field-building work. The goal is to translate what we learn through programs and communities into stronger public understanding, systems change, strategic relationships, and broader influence.
Funding & Sustainability ensures that financial strategy keeps pace with mission responsibility. This work aligns budgeting, fundraising, public investment, and mission-aligned revenue with the true cost of staffing, infrastructure, programs, and growth.
Together, these four areas create the foundation for disciplined execution, stronger programs, greater systems impact, and sustainable long-term growth.
